Universities Allied for Essential Medicine is an international not-for-profit organisation that aims to make medicine developed at academic centres accessible to developing countries. UAEM at Manchester University needed a website both to educate students and to accumulate signatures for its online petition.
The website employed both WordPress and a bespoke CMS that enabled admins to view and manage site content and signatories to the petition.
